Be confident in your talents.
These are not mindless "memes" or overused rhetoric by those who claim to be actors or acting instructors.
They are real.
The more you master them when the camera rolls or in front of an auditor (casting decision maker), on the first teke, the greater your opportunities for working in the business, or being in a project because you believe in it.
You need to master these to be competitive and to be a member of the ensemble, team, creative process with other actors.
